Beth and Andrew often request crepes for breakfast. Their toppings of choice are Nutella with strawberries. Unfortunately, strawberries are out of season. I left the room while they were eating and when I came back Andrew said, "Mom, I put my Nutella on with a creper."
"What is a creper?" I asked.
"It's a thing to put Nutella on crepes."
"Where is it now?"
"It's in the sink."
I don't want him to grow up so it's okay with me if he thinks a scraper is a creper. It will be way too soon before these cute mishearings are all gone.
